It is an easy procedure. Just follow this step to step process to make it easier. I prepared the bread within a few minutes while talking to my family. For preparing the bread, you need to follow five steps.
First Step: Prepare the yeast soup
Bring a bowl and fill it with two cups of warm water and mix one tablespoon maple syrup. If maple syrup is not available you can also the honey that will give the same result. Add the yeast and mix it properly until it starts to bubble.
Second Step: Prepare the Dough
Once bubbles come out add the flour and salt. Stir this mixture until the dough gets stiff, but make sure that the dough is not sticky. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes to make it stiff. When you find that it is stiff and not sticky anymore, you can keep it for some time for rest.
Third step: Allow the dough to grow in size
Once the dough is made properly, keep it in a bowl and cover it with a cloth, and leave it for forty-five minutes to allow the yeast to perform his part. After fifteen minutes, you will find that the prepared dough has become the double of its original size. Now you can use it to prepare your bread.
Fourth step: Lubricate your baking tray
lubricate your baking tray and prepare the bread in whatever size you want. You can also try some funny shapes that will suit your kids more.
Fifth step: Bake for twenty minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for around twenty minutes.
